Concept Cellular International, Inc. (CCI) was founded in 1994 as a wholesaler of refurbished cellular phones. Late nights in my garage refurbishing Motorola 3-watt bag phones were followed by long road trips marketing to Carriers and Agents throughout West Texas.
The cellular industry has gone through enormous changes since 1994 and CCI has evolved as well. We currently ship new, used and refurbished Analog, TDMA, CDMA, and GSM phones internationally. Our explosive growth took us through five locations in six years…landing us in our state of the art repair and refurbishing facility located in Boerne, Texas (pronounced Bur-nee).
